Portfolio Project

By now you have worked with enough film to be good at the use of the camera and camera controls, exposure, film processing and print making.  Your portfolio is 5 display quality pictures that show your ability to capture an image and tell a story with the camera.  The portfolio shows your skills in taking pictures and making them ready for show.  This is your final project for the class. After this class you may consider taking Commercial Photography next quarter.  It is a one quarter class for those who would like to consider going pro.  You will be expected to set up some small service that will generate income for you in sports, portraits, candids, journalism or free lance photography.  This portofolio and that experience is a major entrance plus to going on to a 4 year school or into the profession.
