Notes:
Notebook contents are graded on your presentation. In other words, neatness, writing content, how nicely the work is glued in and assembled all counts. An ìAî notebook is neat and orderly with good labels on every project. Here is what goes into the note
1. Notes taken in class on the 10 or so days of lectures or directions or video presentations. These notes are all duplicated on the web for you to look to if you miss them. You will also need to have notes from the reading assignments on the web site.
2. Photographs from projects all neatly mounted in the notebook with a label as to title of project and brief description of what was done. Each photo represents your best work with attention paid to focus, exposure, composition, darkroom work and neatnes
3. Magazine cut outs are assigned on the web and you are to find examples from the magazines and neatly cut them out and glue them into the notebook. Each should be labeled.
4. Reading assignments in technique or process are included in each block - you will have questions to answer in complete sentences for each block of reading.
