Grades are based on points. You will be given about 150 points worth of work each 4 weeks. Generally a photograph or project is worth 5 points unless it is a multiple photo assignment which is worth 10 points. Work is collected at the end of the grade p
Most students get at least a B in this class. A few will get a C or D and only about 3% will get an F. IN EVERY case where a student got an F it was as a result of poor attendance, tardiness and a poor work attitude. F students usually turn in NO work at all. If you are doing your best work and making an attempt to get things in on time you will not get less than a C grade. But, if you are late to class and miss a lot of class time or if you challenge the safety and work rules you will probably find yourself in the D or F group. The choice is yours.
